Possible error messages:

  • Missing required field: app_token — no app_token in the body
  • Application associated with provided token not found — wrong App Key
  • Application is not active — the app is paused
  • Application is not a webapp, use /v1/s2s-install or /v1/s2s-event for app traffic — the token belongs to an Android/iOS app
  • S2S API Key/Token header is required or Whitelist IP — no key sent and no whitelist configured
  • Invalid S2S API Key/Token — key mismatch
  • IP not whitelisted — caller IP not in the app's whitelist
  • Missing required field: wsid — visit without a session ID
  • Missing required field: url — visit without a landing URL
  • wsid or cuid is required — conversion with neither identifier
  • Missing required field: event_id — conversion without an event ID
  • Event associated with provided Event ID not found — unknown event, or it belongs to another account
  • Event is blocked from tracking for the application — the event is blocked in the panel
  • Event ID: first_open is not supported — reserved, PWA has no install event
  • Invalid ip — ip is not a valid address
  • Empty request body / Invalid JSON: … — malformed request
